Healthy guacamole recipe

Oh my, I love avocados! They may be a little cool for these Winter months, so I spiced some up the other day in a guacamole. The raw garlic will help with Winter immunity too.

Ingredients:

  • 3 perfectly ripe avos
  • 1/4 red onion, very finely diced
  • 1 minced garlic clove (or more to taste)
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • Handful fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 fresh chili, deseeded and very finely diced (can use cayenne powder to taste)
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Mash the avos with a fork in a large bowl
  • Add other ingredients and stir well
  • Store in the fridge

I made mine to go with home-made baked beans on a jacket spud and the leftovers were spread on a piece of toast.
