Oh my, I love avocados! They may be a little cool for these Winter months, so I spiced some up the other day in a guacamole. The raw garlic will help with Winter immunity too.
Ingredients:
- 3 perfectly ripe avos
- 1/4 red onion, very finely diced
- 1 minced garlic clove (or more to taste)
- Juice from 2 limes
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 fresh chili, deseeded and very finely diced (can use cayenne powder to taste)
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Mash the avos with a fork in a large bowl
- Add other ingredients and stir well
- Store in the fridge
I made mine to go with home-made baked beans on a jacket spud and the leftovers were spread on a piece of toast.
